<br />BEING THAT TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO JOHN l. CAMPSALL BY CHARLES E. ELLIS BY
<br />DEED DATED JUNE 5, 1980, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 343, PAGE 356, HAYS COUNTY
<br />DEED RECORDS, SAME BEING A PORTION OF THAT TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT
<br />IIAII IN THE SAID CAMPSALL DEED, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY ~1ETES
<br />AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:

<br />BEGINNING at a concrete monument found at the North corner of the said Campsal1
<br />Tract, for the North corner of the tract herein described, same being at the
<br />intersection of the Southeast line of F.M, Highway No. 2439, (Hunter Road)
<br />with the Southwest line of F.M. Highway No. 3407, (Wonder World Drive);
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said F.M. Highway No. 2439, with the Southwest line of the
<br />said F.M. Highway No. 3407, S 45° 041 E, at about 128 feet passing a chain link
<br />fence and continuing on, in all, 132.31 feet to an iron stake set under fence,
<br />at the East corner of the said Campsa11 Tract, same being a North corner of
<br />that 70.21 acre tract of land described as Tract One, conveyed to George Alexander
<br />et al, by San Marcos Investments, Inc., by deed dated October 15, 1981, and recorded
<br />in Volume 365, Page 824, Hays County Deed Records, for the East corner of the
<br />tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said F.M. HighwayoNo, ,3407, with fence, a N?rthwest line
<br />of the said Alexander Tract One, S 17 36 W, 83.97 feet to an lron stake set.
<br />at a corner fence post at the South corner of the said Campsall Tract, same being
<br />the East corner of the tract of land conveyed to Nathan D. Linton by Elmer Tate
<br />by deed dated July 6,1956, and recorded in Volume 168, Page 460, Hays County Deed
<br />Records, for the South corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE leaving the said Alexander Tract One, with fence, the Northeast line of
<br />the sa~d Linton Tract, N 44° 481 W, 137.45 feet to an iron stake set at the West
<br />corner of the said Campsal1 Tract, the North corner of the said Linton Tract,
<br />same being on the Southeast line of the aforementioned F.M. Highway r~o. 2439, for
<br />the West corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, leaving fence and the said Linton Tract, with the Southwest line of the
<br />said F.M. Highway No. 2439, N 20° 361 E, 81.13 feet to th~ POINT OF BEGINNING con-
