No further action was needed <br />or taken by the Council. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced a discussion regarding an amendment to the <br />proposed Barbara Drive Moratorium Ordinance. Mr. Robbins stated the <br />Council had tabled the Ordinance at the November 5 meeting pending <br />the defining of adverse impact within the Ordinance. He stated the <br />Staff and Citizens Advisory Committee were recommending the Ordinance <br />be adopted on emergency at the next scheduled Council Meeting so that <br />development could begin as soon as possible to improve the infrastruc- <br />ture difficulties in the area. <br />Mayor Craddock moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, §§2 (e), (f) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss contemplated <br />litigation, pending litigation (Stokes, Et Al vs. City) and matters where <br />the duty of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of Profes- <br />sional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas requires confidentiality, <br />negotiation of contracts, the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real <br />property, and personnel, and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously (10:55 p.m.). <br />Mayor Craddock moved the Council convene at 11:21 p.m. and Mr. Brown se- <br />conded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:22 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Guerra and <br />seconded by Ms. Kissler.
