Young, et ux, to <br />W. B. Williams, et ux, in a deed dated July 12, 1952 and recorded <br />in Volume 153, Page 573 of the Hays County Deed Records, being in <br />the northwest line of F. M. Hiqhway No. 2439; <br />THENCE with the common northwest line of F.M.
