<br /> 25 <br /> Regular Meeting December 17, 1984 Page 8 <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration direction to Staff con- <br /> cerning planning for the development of a low-income housing program <br /> in San Marcos. Mayor Craddock moved to direct Staff to work with <br /> Mr. Albert Sierra of the Housing Authority and other agencies on in- <br /> formation on possibilities and funding possibilities and Ms. Kissler <br /> seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of a proposal for <br /> an Office Trailer for the Public Works Department. Mr. Coddington moved <br /> for approval of the proposal of Southport Homes of Seguin at a total <br /> of $67,918.42, and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br /> mously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid a copier <br /> for the Public Works Department. Mayor Craddock moved for authorization <br /> to bid and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced a discussion regarding the disposition of <br /> the following Urban Renewal parcels: ( 1) Urban Renewal Parcel 37A-3, <br /> West Part of Lot T, Block 5, B. W. Breeding Addition; (2) Urban Renewal <br /> Parcel 68A-8, Lot 18, Weatherford Addition 2; (3) Urban Renewal Parcel <br /> 39R-4, Lots 7 and 8, Block 27, Victory Gardens, Section 2; and (4) <br /> Urban Renewal Parcels 81A-24 and 81A-25, Lots 10 and 11, Block 18, <br /> Victory Gardens, Section 2.
