<br />in Volume 276, Page 313 of the Hays County Deed Records and <br />for the north corner of the Center/Posey Business Park, LLC <br />tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the ~ssouri, Kansas and Texas Railway <br />Company tract recorded in Volume 41, Page 46 of the Hays <br />County Deed Records and the ~ssouri, Kansas and Texas <br />Railway Company tract recorded in Volume 41, Page 19 of the <br />Hays County Deed Records, with an old wire fence and its' <br />extension, the common northeast line of the center/posey <br />Business, LLC tract and the southwest line of the Herry <br />tract, the following two courses: <br /> <br />1.. S 45029' 38" E 828.. 53 feet to a 7" cedar post found, <br />and <br /> <br />2.
