<br />CERTAIN 1 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED TO SANTOS CALDERON AND WIFE, MARIA
<br />AVlGAIL CALDERON, BY DEED OF RECORD IN VOLUME 364, PAGE 283, OF
<br />THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS; SAID 0.496 ACRE TRACT
<br />BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS
<br />FOLLOWS:

<br />BEGINNcrNG, at a 1/2-inch iron rod with cap found on the
<br />northerly right-of-way line of McCarty Lane (R.O.W. varies), at
<br />the northwesterly corner of that certain 0.009 acre tract
<br />conveyed to the County of Hays by Deed of record in Volume 2589,
<br />Page 754, of the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas,
<br />being on the westerly line of said 1 acre tract, also being on
<br />the easterly I ine of that certain tract conveyed to Pablo H.
<br />Vasquez and wife, San Juana Vasquez, by Deed of record in Volume
<br />344, Page 72, of said Deed Records, for the southwesterly corner
<br />hereof;

<br />County, Texas, for the northwesterly corner hereof;
