<br />THENCE, with the northeast line of this tract, through the interior of said Buie tract, same
<br />being the proposed southwest ROW line ofF.M. Hwy. 3407 (Wonder World Drive), with an
<br />arc of a curve to the left 62.17 feet, through a central angle of 00054'23", having a radius of
<br />3929.72, and whose chord bears S25020'17"E 62.17 feet, to a 112" iron rod with TxDOT
<br />aluminum cap set at 110.00 feet right of Engineer's Centerline Station 85+95:91, same being
<br />the east corner of this tract;

<br />right of Engineer' s Centerline Station 86+30.66 same b.eing the west comer of this tract;

<br />feet right of Engineer's'Centerline Station 113+59.83, same being in the southeast line of said
<br />Buie tract and in the north line of a tract described in a deed to C & G Development, Inc., of
<br />record in Volume 1360, Page 92, Official Public Records, Hays County, Texas, bears
<br />S55040'13"E 118.24 feet, S34016'30"W 193.66 feet, from said 112" iron rod found with TxDOT
<br />aluminum cap set at Engineer's Centerline Station 113+59.83 a fence corner post found at an
<br />angle point in the southeast line of said Buie Tract and the north line of said C & G tract bears
<br />S87032'28"W 44.90 feet, from said 112" iron rod with TxDOT aluminum cap set at Engineer's
