Taylor <br /> RE: Agreement to Renew Five Year Option <br /> Dear Mr. Taylor: <br /> Please consider this letter an agreement between the City of San Marcos ("City") <br /> and the San Marcos Lions Club ("Club") to exercise the first five year option to renew the <br /> lease approved by the San Marcos City Council on February 22, 1993, from the City to the <br /> Club of the storage and bathroom portions of the Recreation Building located in the City <br /> Park of San Marcos, together with access through the adjacent parkin§ lot, for the purpose <br /> of renting inner tubes to persons wishing to float on the San Marcos River. <br /> The terms and conditions of the original Lease will remain in full force and effect for <br /> the duration of this agreement. <br /> The renewal lease term is for the period from April 11, 1996 until April 10, 2001. <br /> - Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement by counter-signing below. <br /> City of San Marcos San Marcos Lions Club <br /> By: ~~/ A )J2L I <br /> Larry D.
