SectIOn 6 03 CUSIP RegIstratIOn. The CIty may secure IdentIficatIOn numbers through the CUSIP ServIce Bureau DIVISIOn of Standard & Poor's CorporatIOn, and may authonze the pnntmg of such numbers on the face of the Certrficates. It IS expressly provIded, however, that the presence or absence of CUSIP numbers on the CertIficates shall be of no sIgmficance or effect as regards the legahty thereof and neIther the CIty nor the attorneys approvmg said CertIficates as to legahty are to be held responsible for CUSIP numbers mcorrectly printed on the CertIficates, Section 6,04 MumcIPal Bond Insurance If mumclpal bond guaranty msurance IS obtamed WIth respect to the CertIficates, the CertIficates, mcludmg the Imtlal CertIficate, may bear an appropnate legend, as provIded by the msurer ARTICLE VII SALE OF THE CERTIFICATES, CONTROL AND DELIVERY OF THE CERTIFICATES SectIOn 7 0 I Sale of CertIficates. It IS hereby offiCIally found, determmed and declared that the terms of thIS sale are the most advantageous reasonably obtamable The Certificates shall Imtlally be regIstered in the name of A.G Edwards & Sons, Inc, or ItS deSIgnee (b) The form and substance of the OffiCIal Statement for the CertIficates and any addenda, supplement or amendment thereto (the "OffiCIal Statement") presented to and conSIdered at thIS meetmg, IS hereby m all respects approved and adopted, and the Prehmmary OffiCial Statement IS hereby confirmed as deemed final as of ItS date (except for the omISSIon of pricmg and related mformation) WIthin the meamng and for the purposes of paragraph (b)(1) of Rule 15c2-12 under the Secuntles Exchange Act ofl934, as amended, by the City Council. The Intenm CIty Clerk of the CIty IS hereby authonzed and dIrected to mclude and mamtam a copy of the OffiCial Statement and any addenda, supplement or amendment thereto thus approved among the permanent records of thIS meetmg, The use and dIstributIOn of the Prehmmary OffiCIal Statement for the CertIficates and the prehmmary pubhc offenng of the CertIficates by the Purchaser IS hereby ratIfied, approved and confirmed, (c) All officers of the CIty are authonzed to execute such documents, certIficates and receipts as they may deem appropnate m order to consummate the dehvery of the Certificates m accordance WIth the Purchase Contract.
