<br />SectIOn 5 07 Deliverv of Records to Successor <br /> <br />If a Paymg Agent/RegIstrar IS replaced, such Paymg Agent/Registrar, promptly upon the appomtment <br />of the successor, will deliver the RegIster (or a copy thereof) and all other pertment books and records relating <br />to the CertIficates to the successor Paymg Agent/RegIstrar <br /> <br />ARTICLE VI <br /> <br />FORM OF THE CERTIFICATES <br /> <br />SectIOn 6 01 Form Generally <br /> <br />(a) The CertIficates, includmg the RegIstration CertIficate of the Comptroller of Public Accounts <br />of the State of Texas, the Certificate of the Paymg Agent/RegIstrar, and the ASSIgnment form to appear on each <br />of the CertIficates, (I) shall be substantIally 10 the form set forth m thIS ArtIcle, WIth such appropnate <br />msertIOns, omISSIOns, substitutions, and other vanatIOns as are permitted or reqUired by thIS Ordmance, and <br />(ii) may have such letters, numbers, or other marks of Identification (including Identifymg numbers and letters <br />of the CommIttee on Umform Secuntles IdentificatIOn Procedures of the Amencan Bankers AssociatIOn) and <br />such legends and endorsements (mcludmg any reproductIOn of an opmIOn of counsel) thereon as, consistently <br />herewith, may be determmed by the CIty or by the officers executmg such CertIficates, as eVIdenced by theIr <br />executIOn thereof. <br /> <br />(b) Any portIOn of the text of any CertIficates may be set forth on the reverse SIde thereof, WIth <br />an appropnate reference thereto on the face of the CertIficates <br /> <br />(c) The CertIficates shall be pnnted, lithographed, or engraved, and may be produced by any <br />combmatIOn of these methods or produced in any other manner, all as determined by the officers executmg such <br />Certificates, as eVIdenced bytheu executIOn thereof, except that the Imtial Certificate submItted to the Attorney <br />General of Texas, the defimtlve CertIficates delivered to DTC and any temporary CertIficates may be <br />typewntten or photocopIed or otherwIse produced. <br /> <br />SectIOn 6 02 Form of CertIficates <br /> <br />The form of CertIficates, mcluding the form of the RegistratIOn CertIficate of the Comptroller of Public <br />Accounts of the State of Texas, the form of Certificate of the Paymg Agent/RegIstrar and the form of <br />AssIgnment appearIng on the Certificates, shall be substantIally as follows' <br /> <br />San Marcos CTRCO 2007A.
