This schedule is applicable to any gencnl service customer for conunercial uses IIId industrial uses, a.cept ltandby service, whose average monthly usaae for the prior calendar year is 150,000 cubic feet or lea. Natural pi supplied hereunder is for the individual use of the customer alone poinl of delivery and shall not be resold or shared with others. MONTHLY RATE For bills rendered on and after the effcc:tive date of this nte schedule, the monthly ra~ for each customer receiving service under this rate schedule shall be the sum of the following: (a) The Base Rate consisting of: (1) Customer Charge- $16.25; (2) Commodity Charge - Por customcn billed at a 14.65 Pressure Base: All Cd@ 14.65 $0.09240 I For customers billed aI a 14.73 Pressure Base: All Ccf@ 14.73 SO.0929O For customers billed aI a 14.95 Pressure Base: All Ccf@ 14.95 $0.09429 (b) Tax Adjustmenl - The Tax Adjustment will be calculated and adjUBted periodically u defined in the Company's Tax Adjustment Rate Schedule. (c) Ou CosI Adjuatmenl- The applicable Purchased Gas Adjustment (POA) Rate - a8 calculated on a per eef basis and adjusted periodically under the IIpplicable Purchased au Adjustment (POA) Rate Schedule - for all gas used RULES AND REGULATIONS Service under this schedule shall be furnished in accordance wilh the Companys General Rules and Regulations. as such rulC1 may be uncnded from time 10 time.
