The PGA filing shall include a c:aJc:uJation of the estimated PGA Rate together with <br />aupporting documen18. Each &UCh tentative PGA Rate shall bec:ome eft'ective for billa ~ on llI'I~ <br />after the first day of the c:aJendar month and shall continue to be in eft'ect wtil the next filing, unl088 after <br />the POA filing, the Rcgulatoty Authority takes action to disapprove or modiJY such PGA rate. In the event <br />that the Regulatory Authority tab8 IUch action, then the PGA rate shan be in effect on an in1aim buiJ <br />pending the final decision of the Regulatory Authority, and any person designated by the Regulatory <br />Authority shall have the right and power to order the filing of any reaaonable additional information.
