As regional and xeriscape planting techniques become more mainstream, additional native plant species <br />may become available in the marketplace. Therefore, the list of approved plants may be amended from time to time. <br /> <br />Due to the more structured character of Blanco River Village, the area available for landscaping of individual lots is in many <br />cases limited. Landscape planting is provided in the fonn of street trees, and landscaped open spaces such as squares and parks, <br />Landscape planting is required for large streetyards and parking lots, as more fully set forth in the Planned Development District. <br />Live Oak trees may not be planted as ornamental trees. <br /> <br />A.
