PursweU, recorded in <br />Volume 1371, Page 679 of the deed records of said county, from which a concrete monument <br />with rebar set for the fOT the easterly southeast comer of said 239.357 acre tract bears S 460 05' <br />09" E a distance of 976.72 feet; <br /> <br />THENCE with the southeast line of tbe said 239.357 acre tract, and the northwest line of the <br />said 56.08 acre tract, the following two (2) courses and distances: <br /> <br />1. S 66029'53 W a distance of 17.64 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found for an <br />angle point bereof, and <br />2.
