I Tract 4 15.065 acres Page 1 of 4 e e DESCRIPTION FOR A 15.065 ACRE TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN THE WILLIAM WARD SURVEY, ABSTRACT 467 HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF A 239.357 ACRE TRACT OF LAND AS DESCRIBED IN THAT DEED TO JIM GALLOWAY, TRUSTEE, RECORDED IN VOLUME 2555, PAGE 250 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at a point on the northwest boundary line of said 239.357 acre tract and on the southeast boundary line of a 55.13 acre tract of land as described in that deed to Bill D, I-lillbum, et UX. recorded in Volume 174, Page 151 of the Deed Records of said county for the most northerly comer hereof, from which a W' iron rod in concrete set for the most northerly northwest comer of said 239.357 acre tract bears N 43040'20" E a distance of 309.49 feet, THENCE over and across said 239.357 acre tract the following nine (9) courses and distances: I I.
