<br />THENCE leaving Interstate Highway 3S and the Stale of Texas 14,065 acre tract, as
<br />shown on that plat numbered 25969-06-2-a dated February 6,2006 as prepared for
<br />GreenbergFarrow by Bym & Associates, Inc, of San Marcos, Texas, with the common
