The study concludes that the proposed <br />development is feasible and the demand for the project is strong (The <br />study is underway. It will be completed before the project plan is <br />finalized.) <br /> <br />Estimated Amount of Bond Indebtedness <br /> <br />It is anticipated that the City will issue $21,440,000 in Certificates of <br />Obligation to cover the costs of the Conference Center.
