The CIty clerk shall perform other dutIes <br />as assIgned from tIme to tIme by the CIty manager. <br /> <br />(b) The CIty manager may recommend to the CIty councIl changes to the compensatIOn of <br />the CIty clerk m connectIOn wIth the CIty manager's annual evaluatIOn of the CIty clerk. <br />The councIl shall have final authonty over changes to the CIty clerk's compensatIOn. <br /> <br />(c) The CIty councIl delegates to the CIty manager the authonty to approve appomtments <br />of assIstant CIty clerks by the CIty clerk. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
