ORDINANCE 2005----1L AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 19 OF THE VICTORY GARDENS, SECOND ADDITION LOCATED AT 326 WAVELL STREET FROM "R-l" SINGLE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (LOW DENSITY) TO "SF-45" SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT, INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS, AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES 1 On December 14, 2004, the Plannmg and Zomng CommISSIOn of the CIty of San Marcos held a publIc heanng regardmg a request to change the zonmg from "R-l" Smgle-Fmmly Dwellmg Dlstnct (Low DensIty) to "SF A 5" Smgle-FamIly Dlstnct for Lots 6 and 7, Block 19 of the VIctory Gardens, Second AddItIOn, located at 326 Wavell Street.
