<br /> 41 <br /> Regular Meeting February 24, 1986 Page 6 <br /> Mayor Craddock moved for approval of the Ordinance on second read- <br /> ing and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. Mr. Gu~rra moved to amend <br /> the Ordinance in Section 27.G.4.d. to read as follows: "Electrical <br /> power supply shall be made from a meter installation on the mobile <br /> home, or from a permanent meter pedestal," and Mayor Craddock se- <br /> conded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Council then <br /> voted unanimously for approval of the Ordinance on second reading. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of four Ordinances <br /> on second reading and five Ordinances on third and final reading by <br /> consensus. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the four Ordinances on second <br /> reading and adoption of five Ordinances on third and finaL reading by <br /> consensus and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> The captions of the Ordinances read as follows: <br /> Approval of four Ordinances on second reading: <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE GENERAL ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES BY CHANGING THE <br /> DEFINITIONS OF FLOOR AREA, GROSS DENSITY, AND SUBDIVI- <br /> SION; PROVIDING FOR MASTER PLAN AND ZONING CONFORMANCE <br /> FOR NEWLY ANNEXED TERRITORY; ADDING CHURCHES TO PERMITTED <br /> USES IN OP DISTRICT; ADDING SPECIFIC USES FOR OP DISTRICTS; <br /> ADDING PERMITTED USES IN C DISTRICTS; ADDING A SPECIFIC <br /> USE IN C DISTRICTS; CLARIFYING PERMITTED USES IN THE CBA; <br /> CHANGING MINIMUM LOT REQUIREMENTS IN MF-l, MF-2, MF-3, <br /> MF-4 AND MF-5 DISTRICTS; ADDING PERMITTED USES IN M DIS- <br /> TRICTS; CHANGING PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR APARTMENTS, <br /> OFFICES, WAREHOUSES, GARAGES AND LUMBERYARDS; AND DE- <br /> CLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE GENERAL <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, BY REPEALING THE CUR- <br /> RENT SECTION 35(g) OF SAID ORDINANCE AND ADDING A NEW <br /> SECTION 35(G) WHIGH PROVIDES FOR RENEWAL OF SPECIFIC <br /> USE PERMITS IN DISTRICTS WHERE NEW SPECIFIC USE PERMITS <br /> FOR THAT USE COULD NOT BE GRANTED AND ESTABLISHING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1985-110 AND <br /> SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR ANOTHER ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RE- <br /> STRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES <br /> AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984 (VOL. 66) BY ZONING 2.19 <br /> ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF THE ROBERT CLEVER <br /> SURVEY, A-92, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF <br /> THAT TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM ORIN A. <br /> HARRYMAN TO C. C.
