<br />SECTION 3. The Improvements proposed to be made by the owners of certam real property <br />wlthm the Remvestment Zone Area are found to be feasible and practical and would be a benefit to <br />the land to be mcluded m the Remvestment Zone Area and to the CIty after a tax abatement <br />agreement covenng the development of property m the Remvestment Zone Area has expIred. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 The CIty desIgnates the Remvestment Zone Area as San Marcos Remvestment <br />Zone No 19 for tax abatement purposes under Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code <br /> <br />SECTION 5. All ordmances and resolutIOns or parts of ordmances or resolutIons m conflIct <br />wIth thIs ordmance are repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of thIS ordmance IS held to <br />be unconstitutIOnal or mvalId by a court of competent jUnSdlctIOn, the other provISIOns of thIS <br />ordmance wIll contmue m force If they can be gIven effect wIthout the mvalid portion. <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
