DESCRIPTION FOR A 9516 ACRE TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN THE ANDREW MITCHELL LEAGUE SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO 220, GUADALUPE COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF A CALLED 10071 ACRE TRACT OF LAND AS DESCRIBED IN THAT DEED TO COTIONWOOD CREEK JDR, L TD AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 2008, PAGE 867 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF GUADALUPE COUNTY, SAID 95 16 ACRE TRACT AS SHOWN ON THE ACCOMPANYING SKETCH IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS BEGINNING at an Iron rod found WIth "Bym" cap for the west corner of said 1 00 71 acre tract, same being the north corner of a called 511.299 acre tract of land as described in that deed to J K.
