Field notes describing 0.213 acres of land, said 0.213 acres being a part of Block 13, of the LINDSEY AND HARVEY ADDITION to the City of San Marcos, as recorded in Volume "Z", Page 29, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and is made up of two tracts of land. The first tract being the same identical real property conveyed by deed dated September 12, 2923, from Bessie B. Garth and her husband to Jennie M. Garth and Mae Garth, recorded in Volume 92, Page 588, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas. The second tract being the same land conveyed to Mrs. Bessie A. Garth by Annie L. Barber, by deed recorded in Volume 86, Page 600. Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a PK Nail, set in the pavement, that marks the intersection of the West line of North Street and the Southeast line of Burleson Street, said PK Nail being the North comer of Block 13, of the LINDSEY AND HARVEY ADDITION to the City of San Marcos, Texas, as recorded in Volume "Z", Page 29, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas and is the North corner of the herein described parcel; Thence, S 70-57'-38"E, along the West line of North Street, a distance of 123.48' to an iron pin, said iron pin being the Southeast comer of the herein described parcel; Thence, S 800-37'58" W, a distance of 89.50 to an iron pin; Thence, S 800-19'-27" W, a distance of 22.84' to an iron pin, said iron pin being the Southwest comer of the herein described parcel; Thence, N 100-02'-23" W, a distance of 40.42' to an iron pin set on the Southeast line of Burleson Street, said iron pin being the Northwest comer of the herein described parcel; Thence, N 440-57'-53" E, along the Southeast line of Burleson Street, a distance of 142.60' to a PK Nail set in the pavement, said PK Nail being the beginning point of this description.
