<br />r <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />"Original Issue Date" means the date of the Bonds designated In Section 3.02(a) of this Ordinance <br /> <br />"Owner" means the person who is the registered owner of a Bond or Bonds, as shown 111 the Register <br /> <br />"Parity Revenue Obligations" means the Prev lously Issued Parity Obi igations, Bonds and Additional <br />Parity Obligations. <br /> <br />"Paying Agent/Registrar" means lPMorgan Chase Bank, any successor thereto or an entity which <br />is appointed as and assumes the duties of paying agent/registrar as provided in this Ordinance. <br /> <br />"Previously Issued Parity ObligatIOns" means the outstanding bonds of the following issues: <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 1995; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1996-A; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1996-B; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1996-C; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1997. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1998; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Waste Water System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1999; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Waste Water System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 2000; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Waste Water System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 2003; and <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Waste Water System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 2004. <br /> <br />"Purchaser" means the person, finn or entity lI1itially purchasing the Bonds from the City and which <br />is designated in Section 7 01 of this Ordinance <br /> <br />"Record Date" means the last business day of the month next preceding an Interest Payment Date <br /> <br />"RegIster" means the Register specified in SectIon 3 06(a) of this Ordinance <br /> <br />"Reserve Fund" means the reserve fund prov ided by Section 8.0 I (c) of th is Ordinance. <br /> <br />"Revenue Fund" means the revenue fund provided by Section 8.0 I (a) of this Ordinance <br /> <br />R ISall MarcoslWWSSRI 04AIDocs\OrdltlilllCclWW Old FIlial "'I'd 3 <br />
