<br />4 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Chapter 1 Development Procedures - Article 9 Construction Permits <br /> <br />(d) Order Without Notice. Whenever the municipal court judge finds that an emergency <br />exists which requires immediate action to protect the public health or safety, the judge <br />may, without notice or hearing, issue an order reciting the existence of the <br />emergency. Notwithstanding any other section of this article, this order shall be <br />effective immediately. Any person to whom the order is directed shall comply <br />therewith immediately, but upon written petition to the City shall be afforded a <br />hearing as soon as possible. Subsection (b) and (c) of this section shall be applicable <br />to the hearing and the order issued thereafter. <br /> <br />Section 1.9.6.5 <br /> <br />Application Requirements <br /> <br />(a) Filing a Development Plat. The development plat for a mobile home or <br />manufactured home park shall be filed as required by Article 6, Division 4 or 5, as <br />applicable, of this chapter and shall show the following elements in addition to those <br />required generally on a development plat: <br /> <br />(1) The area and dimensions of the tract of land, with identification of location <br />and boundaries. <br /> <br />(2) The number, location, size and address of all mobile home and manufactured <br />home spaces. <br /> <br />(3) The location, width, grade and specifications of driveways, roadways and <br />walkways. <br /> <br />(4) The location, grade and specifications of water and sewer lines and riser pipes. <br /> <br />(5) The location and details of lighting, electrical and gas systems. <br /> <br />(6) The location and specifications of all buildings constructed or to be <br />constructed within the park. <br /> <br />(7) Existing and proposed topography of the mobile home or manufactured <br />housing park. <br /> <br />(8) The location of fire mains, including the size, the hydrants and any other fire- <br />related equipment which may be provided. <br /> <br />(9) Other information as City reviewing officials may reasonably require. <br /> <br />(10) A stamp showing approval of the development plat by the Planning <br />Department based on the specifications and standards in this division. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> <br />1-151 <br /> <br />Land Development Code - Final <br />
