<br />Chapter 2 Development in the ET J - Article 1 Development in the ET J <br /> <br />(8) Impact fees for water, wastewater and drainage facilities, in accordance with <br />Chapter 7, Article 7, on the authority of and pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code <br />ch. 395; <br /> <br />(9) Land use, zoning and development standards otherwise applicable only within <br />City limits, when applied through development agreements approved pursuant <br />to Chapter 1, Article 4, on the authority of and pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't <br />Code chs. 43 and 212, subchapter G; and <br /> <br />(10) All procedures in Chapter 1 required to apply the standards to developments <br />in the extraterritorial jurisdiction under the same authority and pursuant to <br />Texas laws authorizing the application of substantive standards to such <br />development proposals. <br /> <br />(b )Incorporation of statutory authorization.
