<br />Chapter 1 Development Procedures - Article 1 Development Applications <br /> <br />(16) A vested rights petition. <br /> <br />Section 1.1.1.4 <br /> <br />Administrative Decisions and Applications <br /> <br />(a) Decisions on the following types of development permit applications or relief <br />procedures are classified as administrative decisions, and such applications are <br />referred to as administrative applications: <br /> <br />(1) An application for approval of a Site Preparation Permit; <br /> <br />(2) An application for approval of a Minor Subdivision Plat. <br /> <br />(3) An application for approval of an amending plat. <br /> <br />(4) An application for approval of construction plans. <br /> <br />(5) An application for approval of a permit to install an on-site sewage disposal <br />system. <br /> <br />(6) An application for approval of a building permit. <br /> <br />(7) An application for approval of a sign permit. <br /> <br />(8) An application for approval of a certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br />(9) An application for a floodplain permit. <br /> <br />(10) Any petition for exemption from the requirements of an administrative <br />application. <br /> <br />(11) An appeal of any administrative decision, other than an appeal to the Zoning <br />Board of Adjustments. <br /> <br />Division 2: Sequence of Development Applications <br /> <br />Section 1.1.2.1 <br /> <br />General Rules for Priority <br /> <br />(a) Where more than one development application is required by this Land Development <br />Code in order to initiate or continue development of land, the requests or applications <br />shall be decided in the following general sequence: <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> <br />Land Development Code - Final <br /> <br />1-4 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />It <br /> <br />~ <br />
