66 Regular Meeting March 10, 1986 Page 10 Mr. Farr moved the Council reconvene at 9:45 p.m. and Mr. Brown se- conded the motion, which passed unanimously (Mr. Coddington not pre- sent to vote on this item). Mr. Farr moved to take Item 9B off the table for the Council's con- sideration, an Ordinance on emergency amending Ordinance 1985-89 adopted September 10, 1985, which set forth an itemized estimate of the expense of conducting each administrative unit of the Municipal Government of the City for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1985 and ending September 30, 1986, and appropriated money for the various funds and purposes of such estimate; to revise said estimates and to reappropriate said funds; adopting said revisions and estimates, and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Mr. Coddington not present to vote on this item). Mr. Farr moved for adoption of the preceding Ordinance and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: Coddington. ABSTAIN: None. The memorandum was provided to the Council fram the earlier Council Meeting in which specific items were listed as to improvements made in the Parks and Mr. Gonzalez reiterated that these same type improve- ments would be continued with the additional funding.
