On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> NAY: Coddington. <br /> ABSTAIN: None. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A <br /> LITTER ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM WITH THE STATE OF TEXAS; <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mr. Brown moved for adoption of the Resolution and Mr. Coddington se- <br />conded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF~N <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, PLEDGING THE SUPPORT OF ALL APPROPRIATE <br /> OFFICIALS AND CONCERNED CITIZENS TO AID IN THE DEVELOP- <br /> MENT AND SUPPORT OF A STRONG, WELL-ROUNDED ANTI-CRIME <br /> PACKAGE TO BE PRESENTED TO THE 70TH SESSION OF THE TEXAS <br /> LEGISLATURE TO CONVENE IN JANUARY, 1987; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mr. Coddington moved for adoption of the Resolution and Mayor Craddock <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br /> A PROPOSED AGREEMENT WITH JOANN CHILDRESS IN CONNECTION <br /> WITH SAID CITY'S ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN EASEMENT INTER- <br /> ESTS IN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY HER; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mayor Craddock moved for adoption of the Resolution and Ms. Kissler <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THAT AGREEMENT OF SEPTEMBER 30, <br /> 1985 BETWEEN SAJW CITY AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF <br /> HEALTH FOR SERVICES PURSUANT TO THE SPECIAL SUPPLE- <br /> MENTAL FOOD PROGRAM FOR WOMEN, INFANTS AND CHILDREN <br /> (WIC); AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AMEND- <br /> MENT AND ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS <br /> INCIDENT TO THE PURPOSES THEREOF; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />
