<br /> 67 <br /> RESOLUTION 1986-6R <br /> A RE9)LUTION OF THE CITY COUf\:Cn~ OF 'THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, Ar--ŒNDIJ'\G THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) <br /> OF WE ~!IASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, FOR 5.15 ACRES OF <br /> LAND mNSISTING OF 2.06 ACRES AND 3.06 ACRES OF LAND <br /> OUT OF THE LYDIA G LA3X)W 9JRVEY , HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, <br /> AND BEING THAT LAND mNVEYED 10 RANDALL J'Y10RRIS BY <br /> FRANK HOCH BY DEFD DATED MARCH 1, 1984, AND RECORDED IN <br /> VOWME 423, PAGE 16, HAYS mUNTY DEED RECORDS, WCATED <br /> IvITHOUT THE CORFDRATE LPUTS OF WE CITY OF SAN ~1ARCOS, <br /> BUT l'ilITHIN SAID CITY'S 'IWJ (2) MILE EXTRATERRI1ORIAL <br /> JURISDICTION AND IDeATED ON 'IRE SJUTH SIDE OF RANCH ROAD <br /> 12, FROM LCW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL 10 COMMERCIAL; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> ~VHEREAS, on November 19, 1985, the Joint Planning and <br /> Zoning Commissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing <br /> regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the <br /> Master Plan from low CBnsity Residential Use to Comrœrcial Use for <br /> 5.15 acres of land out of the Lydia Glasgow Survey in said City; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said <br /> Commissions did, on November 19,1985, consider said request and <br /> voted to approve the same and have recommended that such request be <br /> approved by the City Council of said City; and, <br /> lVHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 27 day <br /> of January 1986, regarding such request; and, <br /> WHERFAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to <br /> amendments have been met; and, <br /> lVHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br /> adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public <br /> health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1.
