<br /> 22 <br /> RESOLUTION 1986-14R <br /> A REffiLUTION OF THE CI'IY COUNCI L OF THE CI'IY OF SAN <br /> tvIARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING 'mE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A <br /> PRoroSED CONTRACT '"JITH FREESE AND NICHOLS, It'C., FOR <br /> 'IRE PROVISION 10 SAID CI'IY OF ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> IN CONNECTION WITH THE UNIVERSI'IY MID MAIN INTERCEPIORS <br /> PROJECT FDR SAID CI'IY; AUTHORIZING TIlE CI'IY MANAGER 10 <br /> EXECUTE SAID AGREE11ENT ON BEHALF OF SAID CI'IY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> vJHEREAS, the City Counc il of the City of San ~1arcos , Texas, <br /> desires to enter into a contract with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for <br /> the provision to said City of engineering services in connection with <br /> the University and Hain Interceptors Project for said City; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT REffiLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that proposed contract <br /> between said City and Freese and Nichols, Inc. for the provision to <br /> said City of engineering services in connection with the University <br /> and ~1ain Interceptors Project for said City, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein for all pUl1)oses, are hereby in <br /> all things approved. <br /> PART 2. Tha t the Ci ty r-1anager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> said contract on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
