<br /> 2.9 The Owner shall either direct the Engineer to perform <br /> any and all Additional Services necessary to complete the <br /> project(s) or shall furnish such services itself. <br /> 2.10 The Owner shall pay all fees for filing and processing <br /> permits in connection with the project(s). <br /> 2.11 The Owner shall bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> 2.12 With regard to those services to be performed by <br /> Engineer in accordance with Section 1.1.l(B) hereof, Owner will <br /> provide preliminary field surveying information using the existing <br /> sewer line as a survey baseline to determine the following <br /> information: <br /> A. Sewer manhole rim and line invert elevations, and line <br /> sizes at manholes. <br /> B. Existing ground surface elevations at 100 foot intervals <br /> and necessary intermediate intervals including existing ground <br /> surface elevations at necessary points 30 feet horizontally each <br /> side of existing line. <br /> c. Locate all trees; specify all trees larger than six (6) <br /> inches in diameter (this diameter shall mean the diameter of the <br /> tree at a point five (5) feet above the ground surface)~ locate <br /> all structures, roads and any other topographical features of <br /> consequence within 30 feet in each direction from the baseline. <br /> 2.13 The Owner shall provide the Engineer with the <br /> appropriate living unit equivalent ( LUE) to be used for this <br /> project~ and the gallon per day equivalent per LUE to be used. <br /> 2.14 Owner shall provide the standard construction contract <br /> documents to the Engineer prior to commencement of the design <br /> phase, Section 1.2.2. <br /> 2.15 Owner shall provide the Engineer with the accounting <br /> basis for billing acceptable to the Owner. <br /> 2.16 Owner shall provide information regarding all existing <br /> easements, property ownership and physical and environmental <br /> constraints as pertaining to Section 1.2.1A. <br /> -14- <br />
