¡' FIELD NOTES DESCRIBING A 5 FOOT RIGHT-OF WAY, DRAINAGE, AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT CONTAINING 945 SQUARE FEET OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, SITUATED IN THE J. M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NO. TWO (2) IN HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND CONSISTING OF ALL OF LOTS 1, 2, AND 3 AND A PART OF LOTS 24, 25 AND 26 OF THE MILLVIEW ADDITION IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 112, PAGE 59 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS AND CONVEYED TO GLADYS LYON, ET. AL., BY DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 529 PAGE 320, OF SAID DEED RECORDS, SAID 5 FOOT WIDE TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS; Beginning at the most southern corner of said Lot No.3, same being a point on the Northwest line of Mill Street, and being the southernmost corner of the easement herein described; THENCE N. 45° 00' W 5 feet to a point on the southwest line of Lot 3, same being the westernmost corner of the easement herein described; THENCE N 45° 00' E, passing the common line of said Lots 3 and 24, 189, feet to a point on the southwest line of a 30 foot wide tract of land conveyed to Elmer Satterwhite and recorded in Volume Ill, Pages 476 and 477 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas~ THENCE S 45° 00' E, along the southwest line of said 30 foot wide tract, 5 feet to a point on the northwest line of Mill Street; THENCE S 45° 00' W, along the northwest line of Mill Street 189 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
