Ramsay <br /> Subdivision, according to the plat or map <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 89, Page 477 of said <br /> Deed Records, being also the most eastern corner <br /> of that certain tract of land conveyed to <br /> Enrique Espinoza and wife Dora Espinoza, and <br /> recorded in Volume 219, Page 534 of said Deed <br /> Records, and being also on the northwest line of <br /> Mill Street; <br /> THENCE N 45° OO'W along the southwest line of <br /> said Juhasz tract and the northeast line of said <br /> Espinoza Tract, 5 feet to the most western <br /> corner of the easement herein described; <br /> THENCE N 45° OOlE, passing the common line of <br /> Lots 18 and 19 of said Subdivision, 120 feet to <br /> a point on the northeast line of said Juhasz <br /> tract, being common with the southwest line of <br /> that certain tract of land conveyed to Nicholas <br /> R.
