VeraJ1"endi Survey <br />No.1, Hays County, Texas, in said City; and, <br /> t'JHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said <br />Commissions did, on January 21, 1986, consider said request and <br />voted to approve the same and have recommended that such request be <br />approved by the City Council of said City; and, <br /> vJHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 10 day <br />of March, 1986, regarding such request; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaininG to <br />amendments have been met; and, <br /> vVHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public <br />health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br />BE IT REffiLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1.
