<br /> IDCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND,
<br /> DATED JUNE 13, 1984 (VOL. 66) BY ZONING 2.19 ACRES OF
<br /> LAND, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF THE ROBERT CLEVER ffiRVEY,
<br /> A-92, HAYS mUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A IDRTION OF THAT TRACT
<br /> OF LAND DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM ORIN A. HARRYMAN 10

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY 1HE CITY COUNCIL OF 1HE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1985-110 adopted on November 14,
<br />1985 is hereby repealed.
<br /> SECTION 2. That the following described tract of real property
<br />located In San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which was classified "PD"
<br />(Pre-Development District) upon its annexation to the City of San
<br />Marcos on January 9, 1984, henceforth shall be zoned as "C"
<br />(Commercial District):
<br /> BEING 2.19 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS OUT OF 1HE ROBERT CLEVER
<br /> SURVEY, A-92, HAYS mUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A IDRTION OF THAT TRACT
<br /> OF LAND DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM ORIN A. HARRYMAN
<br /> 10 C.C. HUGHffiN DATED NOVEl'1BER 3, 1950 AND RECORDED IN VOLill1E
<br /> 148, PAGE 139, HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE
<br /> PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND roUNDS COMPUTED
<br /> FROM PUBLIC RECORDS AS FOLIDWS, 1O-~\7IT:
<br /> BEGINNING at a point on the Southwest line of the John/Perry
<br /> Survey, A-64, the Southeast line of the said Clever Survey all
<br /> as fenced and used on the ground for the North corner of the
<br /> tract herein described, same being on the Southwest line of the
<br /> proposed extension of the North L.B.J. Drive 75 Foot
<br /> Right-of-VJay , and from which the North corner of the said
<br /> Clever Survey, the west corner of the said John-Perry Survey,
<br /> the Southeast line of the T.H.W. Forsith Survey, A-173, bears,
<br /> N 46°49'55" W, 303.85 feet;
<br /> THENCE, with the Southwest line of the said proposed extension
<br /> of North L.B.J. Drive 75 foot Right-of-Way the said Clever/Perry
<br /> Survey line as fenced and used upon the ground, the following
<br /> courses numbered (1) through (3):
<br /> (1) S 46°49' 55" E, 8.67 feet;
<br /> (2) S 46°12' 18" E, 232.01 feet;
<br /> (3) S 46°13' 29" E, 145.74 feet to the Past corner of the
<br /> tract herein described, same being at the intersection of the
<br /> Southwest line of the said proposed extension of the North
<br /> L.B.J. Drive 75 foot Right-of-Way, with the Southeast line of
<br /> the proposed extension of L.B. Johnson Drive as sho~~ by the
<br /> said plat of the Hughson Heights Addition No.2;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said Clever/Perry Survey line, as fenced and
<br /> used upon the ground, and the Southwest line of the said
<br /> proposed extension of the North L.B.J. Dri ve 75 foot
<br /> Right-of-\^Jay, with the Southeast line of the said proposed
<br /> extension of L. B. Johnson Drive, S 45° 06' 08" W, 251.39 feet, to
<br /> the South corner of the tract herein described;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said proposed extension of L.B. Johnson
<br /> Drive, N 44°53' 51" W, 386.31 feet, to the v.èst corner of the
<br /> tract herein described,
<br /> THENCE, N 45° 06' 08" E, 242.43 feet to the Point of Peginning,
