<br /> 76 <br /> RESOLUTION 1986-22R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING <br /> THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND MCCULLOUGH <br /> ASSOCIATES/TEXAS, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL <br /> SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION <br /> OF FLOW MONITORING SERVICES TO SAID CITY <br /> RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY AND MAIN INTER- <br /> CEPTORS PROJECT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br /> EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas needs to acquire <br />additional flow monitoring services in connection with the <br />University and Main Interceptors Project, as recommended and <br />requested by the City's engineer on said project, Freese & <br />Nichols, Inc.; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed agree- <br />ment between said City and McCullough Associates/Texas, Inc., <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for <br />all purposes, for its professional services in connection with <br />its provision to said City of flow monitoring services in rela- <br />tion to the University and Main Interceptors Project, are hereby <br />approved. <br />PART 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute <br />said agreement on behalf of said City. <br />PART 3.
