That the terms and conditions of Amendment No. I to <br />that agreement of September 30,1985 between said City and the Texas <br />Department of Health for services pursuant to the Special Supplemental <br />Food Proqram for ~rnen, Infants and Children (HIC) of the United States <br />Department of Þqr icul ture, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein for all purposes, are hereby In all things <br />approved. <br />PART 2. That the r1ayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Amendment No. I on behalf of said City and any and all other documents <br />and instruments incident to the purposes thereof. <br />PART 3.
