25 RESOLUTION 1986-34R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT WITH JEFFREY H. KESTER, ARCHITECT, FOR THE PROVISION TO SAID CITY OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF FUTURE LIBRARY EXPANSION OPTIONS AT ITS EXISTING SITE AND OF A PROPOSED NEW LIBRARY/MULTI-PURPOSE ACTIVITY CENTER COMPLEX; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT; AND, DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, desires to enter into a contract with Jeffrey H. Kester, Architect, for his provision to said City of professional services in connection with the performance of a feasibility study of future library expansion options at its existing site and of a proposed new library/multi-purpose activity center complex; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that proposed contract between said City and Jeffrey H. Kester, Architect, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, for his provision of professional services in connection with the performance of a feasibility study of future library expansion options at its existing site and of a proposed new library/multi-purpose activity center complex, are hereby in all things approved. PART 2. That the Mayor, Emmie Craddock, be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute said contract on behalf of said City. PART 3.
