Recommendation of project budgets for the library <br />and the multi-purpose center. <br />1.1.4 The Architect shall advise Owner as to the necessity of <br />Owner's providing or obtaining from others special services and <br />data required in connection with the Work and assist Owner in <br />obtaining such data and services. <br />1.1.5 The Architect shall present to Owner in written report <br />form the services set forth hereinabove as well as any Additional <br />Services requested by Owner, with diagrams, drawings and other <br />supportive materials. Architect shall furnish Owner ten (10) <br />copies of such written report and supportive materials. <br />1.2 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> The following Services are not included in Basic Services. <br /> They shall be provided if authorized or confirmed in writing <br /> by the Owner, and they shall be paid for by the Owner as <br /> provided in this Agreement, in addition to the compensation <br /> for Basic Services. <br />1.2.1 Providing any other services related to the Work which <br />are not otherwise included in this Agreement or not customarily <br />furnished in accordance with the standard of care exhibited by <br />large, national architectural firms. <br />1.3 TIME <br />1.3.1 The Architect shall complete and submit to Owner the <br />initial draft of the written report described in paragraph 1.1.5 <br />hereof for review and comment within two (2) months following the <br />execution of this Agreement by the parties and the delivery to the <br />Architect of the information required to be furnished Architect by <br />OWner. The time for Architect's performance of any Additional <br />Serv ices requested by Owner shall be as mutually agreed upon by <br />the parties hereto. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE OWNER1S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />2.1 The Owner shall provide the following information to the <br />Architect: <br /> 2.1.1 Site plan of existing library building. <br /> 2.1.2 Preliminary survey information of proposed <br />Library/Multi-purpose center site (shall not include legal <br />boundary survey). <br /> 2.1.3 Topographical Survey which shall include no less <br />than 2 foot contour intervals, approximate locations of trees, <br />buildings, drainage, utilities and railroad and highway <br />rights-of-way. <br />
