S 45028' OS" W, a distance of 19Z9.33 feet to a * inch iron rod set, and 2. 5240 51' 29" W, a distance of 911.67 feet to a fence corner post found for the northeast corner of a 20 foot wide Lane men- tioned in a deed to Cecil Hughson as recorded in Volume 146, Page 48 of the Hays County Deed Records, said fence post and being the northeast corner of a 2.36 acre tract of land described in a deed to Troy Davidson as recorded in Volume 213, Page 224 of the Hays County Deed Records and the southeast corner of said 217.35 acre tract; THENCE along a fence and with the southwest line of said 217.35 acre tract, same bein~ the north line of said Lane and the north line of said Davidson Tract, N 40 56' 45" W, a distance of 426.35 feet to a fence corner post found for the northwest corner of said Davidson Tract; THENCE leaving said Davidson Tract and continuing on said line of said Lane and said 217.35 acre tract, N 410 07' 10" W, at a distance of 1.82 feet passing a 3/4 inch iron pipe found, in all a distance of 787.77 feet to a * inch iron rod found for the northwest corner of said Lane, said iron rod also being the most easterly north corner of said 24 foot wide Hughson Tract (Tract Two); THENCE with the southeast line of said 360.42 acre tract, 544009'41" W, a distance of 20.07 feet to a set * inch iron rod; THENCE with the northeast line of the said 360.42 acre tract, 541003' 31" E, a distance of 782.16 feet to a * inch iron rod set in the northwest line of a 2.36 acre tract conveyed to Troy Davidson by the deed recorded in Volume 213, Page 224 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; THENCE with the occupied fenced northwest line of the said Davidson Tract, 559038' 29" W, a distance of 114.08 feet to a * inch iron rod set at the west fenced corner thereof; THENCE along the occupied fenced southwest line of said Davidson Tract, 5 200 13' 25" E, a distance of 248.43 feet to a !* inch iron rod set at an angle point therein; THENCE continuing along the southwest line of the said Davidson Tract the following two (2) courses: 1. 537045' 45" E, a distance of 35.60 feet to a set * inch iron rod, and 2. S 41057' 45" E, a distance of 302.30 feet to a * inch iron rod set at the south corner of the said Davidson Tract, being in the west right-of-way line of said Post Road (right-of-way varies); THENCE with the said west right-of-way of Post Road, 533033' 39" W, a distance of 124.68 feet to a ~ inch iron rod set at the fenced corner in the occupied west right-of-way line of said Post Road, being the most southerly corner of the said 360.42 acre tract; Page 4 of 5
