<br /> BEGINNING at a ji inch iron rod set in the occupied fenced west right-of-way line of
<br /> Post Road (formerly known as the San Marcos-Austin Road) with the occupied
<br /> fenced northeast line of a 111.7 acre tract conveyed to Hays CoW1ty Gravel
<br /> Company by the deed recorded in Volume 171, Page lZ of the Deed Records of Hays
<br /> COW1ty, Texas;
<br /> THENCE along but not with the fence on northeast line of the said Hays COW1ty
<br /> Gravel Company, N 440 34' 12" W, a distance of 3140.45 feet to a 6~ inch cast iron
<br /> fence post foW1d in the occupied fenced southeast line of said 10Z.78 acre tract, said
<br /> fence post being the northernmost corner of said 111.7 acre tract and an ell corner
<br /> of herein described 805.31 acre tract;
<br /> THENCE along but not with the fence on the southeast line of said 10Z.78 acre tract
<br /> and northwest line of said 111.7acre tract, S46°47'45"W, a distance of
<br /> 1483.2.5 feet to an iron pin set for an angle point in said southeast line, the
<br /> westernmost corner of said 111.7 acre tract, and the point of termination of a
