<br />VOLUME 514, PAGE 894 OF THE HAYS COUNTY REAL PROPERTY
<br />RECDRDS, AND SAID TRACTS BEING IDeATED ON THE EAST SIDE
<br />OF IH-35 NORTH AND mum OF UHLAND ROAD; AND DECLARII'\G
<br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'IY COUNCI L OF 'IRE CITY OF SAN ~,1ARCOS, TEXAS:

<br />SECTION 1. That that 5.4 acre tract, more or less, of property
<br />out of and being a part of the J .~,1. Veramendi League Survey No.2 in
<br />the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, and being a portion of that
<br />22.4944 acre tract conveyed from Robert F. Gaertner to SB&K Joint
<br />Venture by deed dated April 22, 1985 and recorded in Volume 514, Page
<br />894, Hays County Real Property Records, said 5.4 acre tract, more or
<br />less, being that tract shown on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein for all purposes, which is in an area shown on the
<br />Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan of the City of San ~.1arcos
<br />as High Density Residential henceforth shall be sho\~ on said map as
<br />Commercial.

<br />SECTION 2. That the following tract of real property located
<br />1n San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which was classified "PD"
<br />(Pre-Development District) upon its annexation to the City of San
<br />r.1arcos on October 22, 1979, henceforth shall be zoned as "c" (Commercial
<br />District):

<br />DESCRIBED BY METES AND EüUNDS AS FOLLOVilS:

<br />Venture 22.4944 acre tract, the north corner of that 0.5 acre
<br />tract conveyed from Ruth Annie Dobie to Eunice Mae Dobie Watson
<br />by deed dated May 24,1977 as recorded in Volume 296, Page 523
<br />of the Hays County Deed Records, and in the south line of Uhland
<br />Road;
<br />
<br />THENCE leaving Uhland Road with the saltheast line of the SB&K
<br />Joint Venture 22.4944 acre tract, the following three courses:

<br />west corner of the aforereferenced Watson 0.50 acre tract,

<br />THENCE entering the SB&K Joint Venture 22.4944 acre tract N45 °
