Best Company and <br /> insurance carriers having a rating lower than A XIII as shown in <br /> the most recent editlon of said book, will not be approved by <br /> Lessor unless a guaranty bond acceptable to Lessor from a carrier <br /> rated A XIII or higher guaranteeing payment of any and all claims <br /> of Lessee is furnished to Lessor. <br /> c. All insurance coverage required herein shall be written with <br /> the City of San Marcos, Texas, as co-insured. The stated. limits <br /> of insurance required herein are MINIMUM ONLY, and it shall be the <br /> Lessee's responsibility to determine what limits are adequate. <br /> These minimum limits may be basic policy limits or any combination <br /> of basic limits and. umbrella limits. In any event, the Lessee is <br /> fully responsible for all losses arising out of, resulting from or <br /> connected with operations und.er this Agreement whether or not said <br /> losses are covered. by insurance.
