<br /> 26 <br />, . <br /> ORDINANCE 1986-46 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 4, OF <br /> ORDINANCE 1984-70 WHICH DECLARED A BUILDING <br /> MORATORIUM FOR MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS IN SAID <br /> CITY TO ABOLISH THE CITIZENS ADVISORY <br /> COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> ESTABLISHED IN SAID SECTION; AND, DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />established a nine-member citizen advisory committee by Ordinance <br />1984-70 duly adopted on the 13th day of June, 1984, to advise City <br />Council concerning problem solutions~ and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />has determined that said Citizens Advisory Committee has fulfilled <br />its function as established in Section 4 of Ordinance 1984-70 and <br />should be abolished: now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN ~ßRCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That City Council Ordinance 1984-70 duly <br />adopted on the 13th day of June, 1984 which declared a building <br />moratorium for multi-family dwellings be amended to abolish the <br />Citizens Advisory Committee established in Section 4 of said <br />Ordinance 1984-70. <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten <br />(10) days from and after its passage, and it shall be published in <br />a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the <br />Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading April 14, 1986. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading April 28, 1986. <br /> PASSED, APProVED(:)~~PTED May 12, 1986. <br /> '~ <br /> '~ <br /> .. ~ rv~'f~- <br /> J--::E.
