SECTION IV EMPLOYMENT OF ENGINEER The OWNER a~rees to employ the ENGINEER and the ENGINEER agrees to perform professional engineering services in connection with the project as sta ted in this document, and for having rendered such servl.ces, the OWNER agrees to compensate the ENGINEER as stated in Section III. SECTION V AUTHORIZATION OF SERVICES No professional engineering or surveying service of any nature shall be undertaken by the ENGINEER under this Agreement until the ENGINEER has received written Notice to Proceed from the OWNER and two (2) fully executed copies of this Agreement. SECTION VI COORDINATION WITH THE OWNER AND CITY The ENGINEER shall make available for review by the OWNER and City any work performed under this Agreement to the end that any submittals, construction documents or other data shall have full benefit of the m'iNER'S and City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and be consistent with their requirements. SECTION VII OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS Use of all documents shall be limited to this project only. 'The ENGINEER shall retain ownership of all original documents generated in this assignment. however, the City shall be provided with a set of reproducible "As Built" drawl.ngs at no additional cost. SECTION VIII ADDRESS OF NOTICES AND COMMUNICATION All notices, payments and communications under this Agreement to be mailed or delivered to the ENGINEER shall be to the following address: ,J ames E.
