Computer and Computer Graphics $50/hr. Payroll cost is defined as the salary for the time directly chargeable to the project, plus social security contributions, unemployment compensation insurance, retirement benefits, medical and insurance benefits, sick leave, vacation and holiday pay applicable thereto. For the purposes of this agreement, the payroll cost is defined as the direct salary cost times 1.3 (d.s.c. x 1.3 = payroll cost). The hourly rate of the ENGINEER'S principals is as indicated above. The hourly rate for survey field crews is as indicated above. Compensation for services shall De at payroll cost times a 2.5 multipler (payroll cost x multiplier). Direct non-labor expenses and subcontract expenses shall be reimbursed at invoice cost, plus a fifteen p.:rcent (15 %) service charge. Work performed under this agreement shall be billed and paid for monthly at our standard hourly rates. All fees and other charges will be billed monthly and shall be due at the time of billing unless otherwise specified in this agreement. A late payment PENALTY OF ONE PERCENT (1.0%) SIMPLE INTEREST PER MONTH, WHiCH IS AN ANNUAL RATE OF TWELVE PERCENT (12%) shall be applied to any unpdid balance, commencing thirty (30) days after the date of the original invoice.
