<br />Sanitary Sewer Interceptor. Such Sanitary Sewer LUEs may be apportioned and <br />applied to all or any part of the Property as GSCO and Rakor may determine, <br />within the parameters of applicable zoning and platting laws and ordinances. <br />3. Such credit toward payment of Sanitary Sewer LUE fees shall be <br />assignable; provided, however, that the same shall be applied only toward <br />payment of Sanitary Sewer LUE fees in connection with sewer service provided to <br />all or any part of the Property. <br />4. This Agreement may be amended only by writing signed by the parties <br />sought to be charged therewith. The interpretation, construction, and <br />performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of <br />Texas.
