RESOLUTION 2013 - 155(x) K <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRIC <br />MATERIALS FROM TECHLINE, INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />EXTENSION OF ELECTRIC SERVICE ALONG CRADDOCK STREET, <br />SOUTH OF BISHOP STREET IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF <br />$175,000.00 THROUGH THE CITY'S MATERIAL ACQUISITION <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER <br />AUTHORITY; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase of electric materials from Techline, Inc. in connection with the <br />extension of electric service along Craddock Street, South of Bishop Street in the estimated <br />amount of $175,000.00 through the City's Material Acquisition Services Agreement with the <br />Lower Colorado River Authority ( "LCRA ") is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Purchasing Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
