<br />BEGINNING at a wooden hub and tack set for the Northeastern
<br />Terminus of the centerline herein described, and from which an
<br />iron pipe found at the most Northerly corner of the said Rogers
<br />45 acre tract, same being a re-entrant corner of the said Rogers
<br />211.4 acre tract, bears, N 60 241 W, 116.97 feet;

<br />THENCE, with the centerline of the easement herein described the
<br />following courses numbered (1) through (3):
<br />(1) S 73 061 W, at about 20 feet passing a Southwest line
<br />of the said Rogers 211.4 acre tract, a Northeast line
<br />of the said Rogers 45 acre tract, and continuing on, in
<br />all, 66.00 feet to a 60d nail set;
<br />(2) S 60 421 W, at about 181.2 feet passing the Northwest
<br />line of the said Rogers 45 acre tract, a Southeast line of said
<br />Rogers 52.0 acre tract, and continuing on, in all, 227.02 feet to
<br />the intersection of the centerline of the easement here1n
